Your side of the transaction is identical either way: the percentage is carved out of the platform’s margin, and nothing is added to what you are charged.

Which links pay me and which do not

The paying ones are the tour cards, the check-availability buttons and the booking widgets. Each carries my partner tag, each opens on GetYourGuide, and that is the only place on this site where a transaction happens. The ones that pay me nothing are the links to the Bavarian Palace Administration in the footer and through the pages about tickets and hours — they point at the palace’s own counter because that is the only counter these three tickets are sold over.

All three admission tickets. The Residenzmuseum, the Schatzkammer and the Cuvilliés-Theater are the palace’s own, and no listing on the booking platform sells plain admission at all.
Free entry for everyone under 18, and for students over 18 with a valid card from a general or vocational school.
The audio guide, which is free, runs in nine languages and covers the museum and the treasury.
The cloakroom, which is free and supervised, and which you will need if your bag is over the stated size.
The Hofgarten, which is free, open and not part of any ticket — and which is the single best-value thing at this address.
